Pam began her career in the travel industry with a cruise only agency before becoming an independent associate with Sterling Brownell. She has achieved the MCC - Master Cruise Counselor designation and because of her focus she has an understanding of the inner workings of many cruise lines and knows how to approach the industry for her clients benefit. By request Pam will help with other land packages to locations she has personally visited.

Whether someone is a first time cruiser or has traveled the world, Pam focuses on what experience will make the best memories for her clients as an individual, couple or family. In order to get her clients not only what they "signed up for" but what they deserve, Pam will go to bat for her clients if something adverse happens in this very convoluted industry. Pam is a "buyers" advocate for her clients.
